The pricing model in one paragraph
Enterprise quote-only. Yoti's main consumer-KYC product page does not publish per-check rates. Strong in age-estimation, particularly for age-gated content and gambling.
Notes from the pricing page
- Public pricing blocked from automated verification (HTTP 403).
- Yoti Sign (digital signatures) is a separate product starting from GBP 0.40 per document.
- Yoti Age Verification and Yoti Authentication are not publicly priced.
- Contact Yoti sales for business pricing on identity verification or age estimation.
What Yoti sells
- Identity verification with biometrics (selfie + document).
- Age estimation (without document, using AI analysis of selfie). Strong product for age-gated content and gambling regulation in jurisdictions that accept estimation.
- Yoti Authentication (passwordless login).
- Yoti Sign (digital signatures, separate product from identity verification).
- Consumer-facing Yoti wallet for reusable identity.
Age estimation use case
Yoti's differentiator in the consumer-IDV field is age estimation: using AI analysis of a selfie to estimate the user's age without requiring an ID document. This is regulator-accepted in some UK age-gated content and gambling contexts and is materially cheaper than full document-based identity verification. Buyers who only need to confirm a user is over 18 (alcohol delivery, age-restricted content, online gambling) can use age estimation as the primary control.
Yoti Sign pricing (separate product)
Yoti Sign is the digital signatures product, priced separately from identity verification. Published from £0.40 per document. This is the only consumer-facing Yoti product with publicly stated pricing; the identity verification product line is quote-only.
Why identity verification pricing is not published
The Yoti business identity verification page returns HTTP 403 Forbidden to automated verification. Pricing scopes to per-verification volume, document-coverage requirements (which country IDs you need to accept), and the age-estimation vs full-IDV split. We do not republish third-party inferred rates because they cannot be cited to Yoti and the use-case mix changes pricing materially.
What to ask in the Yoti sales call
- Per-verification rate for age estimation vs full document-based identity verification. These are different products at different price points.
- Document coverage: which national ID documents are in the base price and which require add-on fees.
- Subscription minimum: monthly platform fee floor.
- Integration scope: web SDK, mobile SDK, server-to-server API; included or priced separately.
- Regulatory positioning: where age estimation is accepted as the primary control (UK gambling, age-gated content) vs where full IDV is required (regulated finance).
For regulated-finance KYC
Yoti is strong in age-gated content and consumer identity verification but is not the default choice for regulated-finance KYC (banks, fintechs, broker-dealers under BSA / AML rules). For that category see sister site kycpricing.com covering Persona, Onfido, Veriff, Trulioo, Jumio, Socure and others with published per-verification rates.
